EU parliament gets a new head - does anyone care? asks Darren Ennis of Reuters.
Let's see... Daily Referendum... PMQ's, EU Referendum... Helicopters in Afghanistan, Iain Fale... nothing of any consequence (as usual). In fact the only blog so far giving it the light of day is Tory Diary. Proof indeed that nobody gives a rats ass.
At last the nation is united on Europe! We're all bored to death by it.

We can't afford to be bored about the European Union; that would play right into their hands.
I just hope and pray that Ireland vote NO in their (get it right this time, or else) referendum later this year.
Is this how it has always been when nations have been confronted with evil? does it have to degenerate to a point where individuals are directly affected by the evil regime before they are willing to take action? Does it mean that nothing will happen to take us back to civilisation until a leader emerges, who can focus the nation's attention and lead them onto the path of sanity? Do we actually need a General Pinochet? Because God help us if we have to rely on the entities who purport to lead us at the moment.
