Interesting, though, that he felt the need to say it.

We also know that Conservative candidates who were more or less openly libertarian were given safe seats. Was this done just to throw us off, or does it suggest genuine sympathy for the cause of freedom?

I'm prepared to at least wait and see.

It will be a struggle to kepl Libertarian with SocDems involved.

Will we see the loss of an effective School reform with Laws, who wants to keep a veto in the LEAs?

Such "small" changes are meat and drink to the Fabian agenda.

We must wait and see, but the coalition has one advantage, with the raising of the lower tax band, as long as envy politics is kept in check and higher bands are not imposed.
