By agreement with the solicitors acting for the Secretary Of State and subject to confirmation to the wording in the Court Order, the Secretary of State has no jurisdiction over the Libertarian Party.
Therefore I am pleased to finally accept the position of Party Leader

Kevin: if you attended the AGM you'd have learned that the concept which is the referent of the word "director" in the relevant law refers to an open ended group of persons in roles governed by a particular Act, and that positions within the party do not fall within that category, being governed by a different Act entirely. But you don't have to take my word for it, apparently a judge has so ruled.
